Phillip Doc Martin
SAXOPHONIST AND DENTIST
Phillip “Doc” Martin really is a doctor -- a dentist with a private practice – but has equally impressive musical creds. Growing up in South Florida, he started playing the saxophone at the age of 9. He continued to play all the way through high school where he became first chair in the All-State Jazz Band.
Doc Martin received a scholarship to study music at the University of Central Florida under the leadership of Jeff Rupert and George Weremchuk and was quickly hired as a sideman by Sam Rivers and Sisaundra Lewis (2nd runner up finalist on The Voice Season 6).

Carl Cox is a touring saxophonist and solo recording artist from Southern New Jersey. Carl can be seen performing nationally and abroad with a variety of musical icons throughout the course of the year which include Smokey Robinson, Maysa, Incognito, Gerald Veasley and many more. His expertise on saxophone can be heard on a variety of major grammy award winning recordings , live performances and features on national radio . Many of his solo career singles can also be heard on XM radio which has earned the top spots on Billboard chart adds over the course of the year.
Elliot Levine

Elliot Levine is an American pianist and keyboardist. He had two record releases on the Nashville-based Artifex records label between 1999 and 2004. His CD projects have been reviewed in the Wall Street Journal Online and the Washington Post. Wikipedia.
Elliot Levine has toured with Wilson Pickett and has been a member of Heatwave (Always & Forever/Boogie Nights) since 1999. He has opened for Brian McKnight, Freddie Jackson, McCoy Tyner, and Gerald Albright. He has had the #1 song on mp3.com, which received over 1,000,000 downloads. This amazing feat was mentioned in the Wall Street Journal. Elliot has three internationally released CD’s which have received extensive airplay and distribution. He has headlined at Blues Alley and the Kennedy Center. His playing has been described by Jazz Times as "showing remarkable talent." During the COVID pandemic he raised $2,000 each for the Maryland Food Band and Shepherd's Table from live streaming performances in his backyard. In 2003, he scored the music to an Emmy nominated documentary, "Teens in Between". His music was also used on "Inside the NBA" on TBS (2001), as well as an independent college movie, "Friends With Benefits" (2003). Frankie Addison

At an early age, Frankie Addison demonstrated his commitment to excellence in music while at Terrell Jr. High then later at Shaw Jr. High School, as he performed and traveled with the marching band, jazz ensemble, and concert band. However, it was at the Duke Ellington School for the Performing Arts where he released his creative talents as a musician, and classical and jazz saxophonist.
Frankie Addison was selected as a member of the Blues Alley Youth Orchestra and subsequently moved on to the Blues Alley Big Band. He has personally been privileged to play alongside artist such as Dizzy Gillespie, Ella Fitzgerald, Bradford and Ellis Marsallis, Stevie Wonder, Angela Bofill, Angela Winbush, Isaac Hays and Norman Connors, to name a few. He has also been honored to perform at the inaugural Ball for President Bill Clinton, as well as the Inaugural Ball of formor President, George Bush. One of his most notable and honorable performances was having the opportunity to provide for Nelson Mandela during his first visit to the United States upon his release from prison.

Antonio Parker
Virtuoso Saxophonist, Composer, Educator & Author to a 17-Book music instruction series
Antonio Parker is a jazz saxophonist, composer, music producer and educator. Known for energetic, virtuosic performances, he performs in various genres. He has played at notable DC venues such as Takoma Station Tavern and Twins Jazz. The Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, native holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in jazz studies from Howard University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in music education from the University of the District of Columbia. Parker has served as USIA Jazz Ambassador to Africa. He has toured and performed on the world stage and is an Airegin recording artist. Parker has taught music in the public school systems of the District of Columbia and Prince George’s County, Maryland. He currently resides in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
